Baby Shower

Katie, one of my best friends from elementary school was recently married and now she is pregnant!  She is due April 20th. Anyways, I hadn't seen  her or some of my other friends that were there in a couple of years so it was really exciting to go back and see them.  Thank you boyfriend, again, for taking driving me forever away for this. You're the best <3

Waiting for a Ride

I don't have my license yet, so I usually have to wait for rides home.  it gets kind of boring, but I don't mind. Today, I was sitting next to this tree, like I usually do  and I was messing with my camera, eventually took this picture. It was kind of amusing because there was a lady who stopped off to the side to wait for me to finish. I don't really mind people walking through my pictures. I can always retake them.

Protest Banners

 Today, at school people were asking others to write something about how they feel about the price of tuition going up. "Fees have increased from $26/unit in 2010, to $36/unit now, to $46/unit starting in Summer 2012." There is also going to be a protest march in Sacramento for this reason. I went over to the banners with Theo, because he decided to write something, so I took pictures of them. It amused me that someone I know wrote  "I like turtles" on theirs. Just goes to show you how serious things are taken by certain people, I guess.

FOOD PORN!

The title of this picture was coined by my dear friend, Michael. I was showing him the picture of the dinner I had made, while at the bench, of course, and he was like "THAT LOOKS LIKE FOOD PORN!" Meaning, it looks delicious, which it does and was. The boyfriend helped me make it and it was gone in about five minutes. So proud of my pizza makin skilz. I may not know how to cook well, but I sure do know how to make scrumptious pizza out of random breads. Thank you, maja!
