Santa Cruz

Some friends from "The Bench," the boyfriend (he's the one on the right, by the way) and I went to Santa Cruz over our Spring Break.  It was actually our fifth monthaversary too. When we got to the beach, Danny and The Man With Many Names (yeah, that's his name) were already there.  We sat down in the sand and then Theo decided to go to the water, so a few of us went with him.  That water was freezing, just like Pacific water usually is. We laid in the sand and soaked up the warmth of the sun. Then we got hungry so we went off to look for a place to eat.  We ended up getting tacos and pizza and we played Ping Pong at the pizza parlor.  After eating, we went back to the beach and the guys tried to start a fire, but that wasn't going to happen because of all the wind and wet wood. It was so cold after the sun went down. Then we went home and I fell asleep in the car. It was such a good day. :]

Marina

Boyfriend and I were early to bible study so he decided to stop at the Marina because he "thought I liked looking at planes." It's really fun to take pictures of the planes continuously so if you flip through the pictures, you can see the plane moving across the sky. 

Three Generations

This was actually taken on the 18th, but I really wanted to share it.
So, after the beach, we were supposed to go to my house for my grandma's dinner that she made, but the boyfriend's brother-in-law called him so we stopped by his house first.  His whole family was there and we watched American Idol.  When we were about to leave, his sister asked us to wait because she wanted him to give something to their mom. Which happened to be an ultrasound.  Boyfriend is going to be an uncle. :]
and I took all of the first baby in ultrasound pictures.

Wind Surfers

After we went to church, the boyfriend and I decided to go tot he beach to kill some time because my grandmother didn't expect us to be home until five.  It was SUPER wind and freezing, but really cool because there were all of these people who were wind surfing.  Before getting out of the car, I ate 7-11 nachos because I was starving. I planned on eating them while on the beach, but that was impossible because the wind would have blown the cheese into my face.  Then, we walked down the beach and I took pictures of all of the wind surfers coming in and going out into the water. 

Antique Radio

One night when the boyfriend came over to take me to get pens, my grandma made him eat dinner with us. She made spaghetti. Then we sat at the table for forever while they talked about memories that they had. My grandpa remembered about an old radio he bought about forty years ago and brought it out to show us. It worked perfectly fine and picked up all of the current radio stations in the area, which was kind of weird because it is so old. You don't really expect to see something so old playing songs of today.

BATMAN SOCKS!

Can I just say that I'm in love with my new batman socks?  So, today, I realized, I REALLY needed some new socks. I haven't gotten any new pairs in over a year and a half and they are all getting worn out and it's just all bad. So, after work, I (pretty much made) the boyfriend take me to the mall. We went to EVERY store that could possibly sell socks until I found the perfect pair. After going to every store, we went back to Hot Topic, where I got these and some from  Aeropostale. Colorful socks, FTW. 

 

Converse FTW!

At school, I sit at this cool place right outside of the library that we like to call "The Bench," in between classes, where all of my friends congregate.  This picture is of Danny's feet. We have the same shoes. Converse FTW!
